Going to the mall just isn't enough. Between H&M's mass production of the same texture and patterns that are reused constantly or Forever 21's inability to diversify their selection, where else can one buy clothes? Online and social network boutiques have bombarded our lives, and it's safe to say they might be here to stay. Here are few boutiques and websites that have caught my eye within the last year. Who knows, maybe they'll catch yours too.
-Sorella Boutique is based in the heart of Los Angeles and ran by Heather Sanders. Often associated with Tyga's Last King's crew, this boutique has made its way to being extremely recognized outside of the Golden State. Being sported by local Bay Area celebrities and even social network phenomenons, you can see Sanders' dream come to life one piece at a time.
-The website stays true to its name with its sinister-like appeal. The only word to come to mind with this website is NINETIES! Hot Topic meets Topshop is how I would describe this collection. Cher from Clueless meets Debbie from The Wild Thornberry's! Don't not visit this site, despite it being a tad pricey, the quality of the product looks worth the buck!
-As of now, my favorite accessory place to shop. Everything from knuckle rings, anklets, and chokers. Not to mention the abundant amount of sunglasses (OH MY GOD), you do not want to sleep on this urban boutique. Cali based as well, Rihanna Cooper the designer of Vida Kush collaborates ideas from Ancient Egyptians, Native Americans, and Indian cultures to create quality original pieces. VIDA KUSH VIDA KUSH VIDA KUSH! This electrifying phrase translates as "Live Gold" when broken down from it's Spanish and Egyptian roots.
